New higher contrast-no background version

Some folk have said the text, though beautiful, is too low contrast for their old eyes (something I can empathise with) so I've now included a higher contrast version which will also make it a lot cheaper to print out as it doesn't include the backgrounds. 

So, snag that file (and if the French version needs it too, I'll post that as well.
